Ash is very good person

Attentive staff, without being too pushy/salesy.
Ash and Harrison were very helpful.

We visited Sofology twice, once to understand what was on offer, and once to order. We were looked after by Ellie and Nicola. The service was unobtrusive and kind, and the information was very clear so that we were confident on what we were buying. Great experience.

No pressure from sales staff ,just friendly advice, explained our options regarding our choice of suite,found it a straightforward transaction,offered a drink and just generally relaxed atmosphere 👍

I just want to say a big thank you to the lovely Ash in Bolton for being so patient and genuinely helpful. I’ve been really struggling to find a sofa because I had no idea what to look for, I wanted something comfy, loungey and with good longevity, but I felt completely overwhelmed.

Ash told me to sit the way I normally would at home, and it honestly helped me narrow things down straight away. He talked me through everything, helped me think it all through, and made the whole process feel so much easier. I’m so happy with my choice and I can’t wait for my new sofa to arrive!

I’d actually been into another store before and wasn’t approached by anyone, and I really needed that bit of guidance. Ash gave me exactly that. Everything about his service was perfect and I’m so glad I met him. Thank you Ash!

Ellie was great. She introduced herself, then gave us space to get a feel for what we wanted. We easily found her again when we needed to look at what could be done to personalise our sofa. Fantastic service.

Having been to what seems like every sofa shop in the world we visited your store at Middlebrook Bolton today. We were met by Nicola who showed interest in what we were wanting to achieve. I told her my wants & needs. Working in sales myself I know how important that is so made it easy for her really. The phrase “ people buy from people “ is why we bought it today. The sofa & chair were more expensive than anything we had looked at but Nicola understood this & spoke about the build quality & workmanship. I don’t have time for all the waffle so she kept it brief. Nicola is leaving you in 2 weeks to return to Nissan selling cars. I would suggest that you make her an offer she can’t turn down as she is good at what she does.

The sale representative that attended to me was very professional and attentive, he showed enthusiasm of someone who really care and passionate about the company and his job.

The salesman made it great he never put pressure on me and he was very patient and helpful.
