We were served by a lovely lady Wendy when we bought our new sofa. She was very kind, helpful, and patient, taking the time to explain everything and help us choose the perfect one. Excellent customer service — thank you for making the experience so easy and enjoyable!

Large selection , easy to understand pricing and styles . Ordered online very straightforward, I made a error and had to phone up very polite and understanding lady.

Mariolla was very friendly and informative with us today - there was no hard sell but just letting us know our options.

We was looked after today by Wendy who was so lovely. Very knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect sofa. We left very happy it’s nice to go to a shop and have outstanding customer service. Thank you Wendy!

I bought a sofa yesterday and was served by Wendy at Sofology at the Alvis retail park in Coventry.
I was impressed by Wendy’s excellent service. Wendy greeted me in store and introduced herself. I had time to look at the sofas on my own but knew where Wendy was if I needed her.
When I chose my sofa, Wendy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the features of the sofa and info on looking after the leather. Wendy was kind and patient and answered all of my questions. Wendy gave me excellent one to one service and made me feel like a person and not a number. Wendy also took the time to arrange a deposit and monthly payment that I was happy with.
In addition, I spoke to other staff members who were equally helpful.
If I had one criticism it would be that my sofa that I have purchased will be in the shop floor for a long time after I have purchased it. I have paid £120 for delivery and my sofa is not in a secure place.

We were looking for a new sofa to replace our ageing previous Sofology sofa.
We were introduced to Mariola who took time to show us around and explained everything about the sofa and chair we chose in detail. We felt the whole process was very relaxed with no pressure to buy. Im glad Mariola lent us a sample of the fabric we were going to chose as this actually didn't work with our carpet when we got home. After choosing a different more suitable colour fabric we are thrilled with our purchase and can't wait for it to arrive.
Mariola is very knowledgeable, honest and a real credit to the team at Sofology Coventry.

Friendly staff. Mariola was very helpful and not pushy. Let us look on our own, then we then found her to go through the package.

We came in on two separate occasions and both times the members of staff were amazing. No annoying over selling, answered all of our questions and were really friendly. We are really happy with the ordering process, quick and simple.
Very happy so far and we can’t wait to get our new sofa.

I love my new suite & everything was easy, saw what I wanted & Sofology were very helpful. The delivery was very easy & no hassle at all. You ponder about having a new suite & think it is going to be difficult with problems not with Sofology they made it easy.
