The sales assistant Pauline was brilliant
She helped us with the measurements we needed with our space we had to fit the suite in
She was very cheerful and honest with the questions we asked her
It was very relaxing to order our suites not anxious like it can be sometimes

The sales rep was amazing was not rushing us in to purchase and took out time to speak to our son and actually entertain him. She gave us the information we wanted and needed and physically showed us different ways the sofa would work best for us.

No pressure sales, knowledgeable salesperson, Tracey.

My partner and I had been to multiple sofa shops and just could not find anything we liked. We went to Sofology in Doncaster and were spoilt for choice! The sofa’s were fashionable and there truly was something for everyone. Our experience was made even better by the fantastic sales assistant - Pauline. She was immensely helpful and so patient with us. If we saw a sofa we liked she would immediately show us all the options available. We couldn’t be any happier with our experience.

The welcome to the store, when we had chosen our sofa the information that we got, there was no pressure to make a purchase, the person that looked after us was first class

We have waited 19/20 weeks and still no sign of our sofas only one phone call from your team . After my phone call today im still no better off in knowing when our sofas will be delivered its nearly Christmas and we ordered our sofas and paid in full but cannot even track our sofas .
I got an email on the 28th Nov stating you have our order and we're on it .
What does that mean ?
Does that mean your team has only just ordered it after all these weeks.
I was promised my sofas woukd be in my home within 11/12weeks if not before .
Mmmm where are they because I've not got them and I cannot track them.
I'm deeply upset as we have paid out £3500.00 for nothing as we don't have anything uo show for it except sorry 4times
And sorry its the time of year.
Rubbish we ordered our sofas in the summer. Our very first expensive sofa paid in full.
