So happy with our service at sofology paisley with the lovely Lisa! She showed us so many different options and kept in touch with us after we left to have a think about it. When we returned she was so helpful in showing us all the different options we could add to the sofa or not add at all, she made us feel so comfortable as this is our first home and we have never done anything like this before! Even a day later I returned to make a change and Lisa done it with no bother at all super helpful! So thank you to Lisa for making this experience so great!

Staff were great. The first time i went in the man was so helpful showing us all the different options then when i went in to buy it the girl was so friendly and excited for me. And also very good at helping me choose the right fabric and stuffing to use.

It was the first time visiting the store and was very anxious due to losing my husband 3 years ago.The sofologist Andy right away welcomed me to the store and put me at ease.I cannot recommend visiting the store enough and Andy was amazing.

We had the help of Andy in the Abbottsinch Retail Park store when looking for our sofa. The first time we were mostly looking at what we were looking for and with Andy’s help and experience we went home to double check sizes to make sure the sofa would fit. Andy had already created an account for us and put the two sofas in as favourites so it was easy to get the correct option.
We went back a few days later and were very pleased to find Andy working as we wanted to do our purchase with him. We were offered coffee and told to just make ourselves comfortable and Andy would be with us when he was free. It really allowed us to take the time to make sure we had the correct choice of sofa and colour. Along with Andy we went through all the necessary paperwork and left feeling very happy. At no point did we feel pressured by any of the staff in the shop but we also felt if we had questions someone was there to help. Andy is a very professional person who also made our purchase less stressful. We would definitely recommend Sofology to family and friends and are looking very much to the delivery of our sofa for our new home.

The quality of the sofa was terrible. Rejected and finally uplifted today. Will not shop again with scs, furniture in store not a representation of what will be supplied.
Following feedback I have left this review on wrong company. SCS sofa rejected, newly ordered but not yet received sofa from Sofaolgy altered star from1 to 4 based on service provided thus far. Cannot yet comment on sofa.

Staff very friendly & extremely helpful. Especially so when trying to work out what we could fit in our room of the suite we liked & bought.
Also like that as a customer, we are left to peruse the shop without being hounded every step of the way. This is why I have bought previous suites from Sofology.
