I had to phone store as wanted to make a change to my order. Aaron dealt with my requirements and made me feel reassured at all times. He double checked my amended order and I now look forward to my purchase. Thank you Aaron

We had a few visits to Sofology before we decided on the Carrera. Each visit to the store the staff welcomed us and were happy to leave us to browse and help us with any questions.Christine was great once we decided on the Carrera ,she discussed what style we would like recliner no recliner,how the headrests worked,how to maintain it,explained about the cleaning products that were available,the insurance that protects against accidental damage. She also explained about the interest free credit finance option. Christine we felt just wanted to do her very best for us,she is an asset to the team.

Everything was explained, there was very little questioning required.
There was no hard sale tactics, staff were friendly and helpful.

All staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Never felt under any pressure to make a purchase. On our second visit we did place an order, which was a stress free process.

No real issues, more information needed when electrical items are involved especially amps to a particular unit

The member of staff who helped us buy our sofa was great, she was there if you needed to ask any questions but was in the back ground as we looked around and tried many sofas

The moment we walked into the store we were greeted by cheerful and helpful members of staff who explained about the different types of sofas and left us to look around at our leisure. We returned a short time later to order our sofas and Christine was so nice and helpful she explained all the different options we could have on the sofas we chose (material, leather, and the different types of recliners that were available) she was so patient and let us take our time to make final decision. Your staff are obviously well trained and knowledgable in the products you are selling.

Went in to browse, was met by Holly, who had previously met my wife who was there with a friend. She was really good, answered our questions and offered advice and suggestions. She was really friendly, helpful and extremely professional. The other members of staff we met were also very nice. No hesitation in recommending this store if you are looking for a new sofa.
