We bought out sofa via Qassim who was extremely nice and very professional. He answered all the questions we could throw at him and made the purchase very easy and straight forward.

We visited Sofology to find a sofa for our living room and from the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the wide range of beautiful sofas on display. We were greeted by Happy, who was welcoming, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. He showed us various models, gave us ample time to consider our options and thoughtfully highlighted the importance of choosing a sofa that best suits our comfort and needs. My first vist to test sofas was made all the more pleasurable by the assistance of Happy, he was very helpful and knew the products specifications. I was convinced my choice was perfect for my needs but wanted to take a last look at the deals available. On my return Happy was not in store but fortunately Ikram made the final purchase easy, smooth and simple. It was a joy to shop with you guys and didn't feel at any point I was being rushed or over-sold products. All in all I'm extremely happy with the deal I got and the relaxed sales pitch of Happy & Ikram. Looking forward to receiving my sofa and enjoying it's features. Thnx guys 🙏🏼

My experience, I can’t remember the person name who serve me but it was an African young man. He goes the the university of Salford. I found him to be very polite and friendly. He explained everything well and go through all the steps and payment options. Yeah the customer service experience today was very good. Every one who we spoke to was very friendly. So customer service was 5 ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

Mr Happy Singh Was Absolutely Fantastic through whole process if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We were met with a warm welcome and given an informative tour of the suitable sofa beds on offer, Happy our salesman was a very respectful man towards my wife who has a disability.
Needless to say we purchased a lovey sofa bed and guarantee, nothing was too much trouble and we had really nice coffees.
A complete and pleasant contrast to Furniture Village!

No pushy salespeople was much appreciated. Very relaxed and able to discuss options which staff without feeling pressured. Finance options were really helpful.
