I had a sofa and footstool delivered today by Sofology. Superb delivery service. Polite men. Took their shoes off at the front door. Worked quickly. Got the delivery done without any problems.

What can we say about the lad who served me and my partner he was amazing so friendly so helpful and knowledgeable. Jay what a character you are amazing credit to you he took us through every thing we was looking for and helped us find our forever sofa also gave us a discount due to the perks we got with the sofa what an absolute legend of a colleague massive credit to the team. Would have put 5 stars however I would have liked the salesperson to have ordered my swatches instead of just giving me the website which I felt was a bit difficult to manage.
Also it would have been nice to order cushions to match the sofa but was told I couldn’t 🤷♀️ so this was a bit frustrating
Also it’s a bit premature leaving a review as I’ve not got my sofa yet. 15 weeks lead time

The manager was really helpful, even doing me a drawing of our room with my dimensions to see how the furniture would fit.
We wasn't rushed, was left to wander around the store and come back when ready to ask more questions.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Sofology. We ordered our sofa back in December, and the delivery timeline has been nothing but misleading. We were told that on 23rd February we would receive confirmation of our delivery date. Instead, without any communication or explanation, the date on our online order was simply changed to 8th March—stating that they might contact us then. No update, no email, no message. Just silence.
When we called customer service to understand what was going on, their response was completely unhelpful. They showed no interest in resolving the issue and repeatedly told us that “nothing can be done.” The attitude was dismissive, and it honestly felt like they couldn’t care less that we’ve already been waiting months.
We were so frustrated that we asked about cancelling the order altogether, only to be told that this isn’t really an option either. Most other retailers at least try to support customers when delays happen—some even waive delivery charges or offer alternatives. Sofology, however, has been the exact opposite. No accountability, no proactive communication, and no willingness to help.
For a company that advertises quality service, this has been a miserable experience. We regret choosing Sofology and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

They lied from the start. Initially told at the time of booking that order will take 8 to 10 weeks to arrive. Also said a date which happened to be the start of the 10th week as by when we should receive a call of the day the delivery will be made.
Currently the delivery has been postponed to 12th week and saying we are responsible for asking not to be delivered before the start of the 10th week.
Raised this with customer service and they just automatically closed two tickets which were raised through the chat without even contacting me.
On calling them they put the blame of delay on us and said it is there is the T&C. No where in the T&C it states 12-15 weeks.
Now I have explicitly raised this in writing to be escalated to a manager thrice, however that is being ignored.
I seriously regret my decision of buying through them. I hope I do not have to chase them again once I receive my order.
