Ben was fantastic when helping us buy the Hudson sofa at Sofology. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us plenty of time and honest advice without any pressure. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable thanks to him. Would definitely recommend Ben if you’re shopping at Sofology!

The staff they were absolutely 100% great

Sai the lady who helped myself and my husband was very informative, she answered all our questions, she also went through every before we brought it.
She would get an 11/10 if that was possible.

We came to your store in Peterborough two weeks before we purchased the sofa and Famida dealt with us we found her very pleasant and not to pushy for us, she followed this up with and email about a week later, so we then came back to the store last Friday and Jamie & Ben (Dan) :-) dealt with us they were both efficient and thorough and we had a great experience and therefore purchased the sofa

Original salesman Ryan was very helpful and not at all pushy. He also supplied us with a sample of fabric to check against other furnishing.
We were let down a little though by the person we were handed over to for the finance process; even entering my DOB completely wrong by 40 years.
UPDATE. I have now had so many emails and phone calls and with not knowing what is going on that I have asked for a refund of my deposit and to cancel my order

We were greeted when we first went into the shop where we were able to look around at our own pace. We were offered a coffee or tea, which was very welcome. The staff were very helpful,and knowledgeable but not pushy which we did tell them after we had made our purchase

Kate was fantastic, really knew her stuff, had the patience of a saint with all our questions. When asked technical questions around the exact build of the sofa option we had chosen she was knowledgeable and took the time to review the data sheets so she could be 100% certain that we were given the right information. Nothing was too much trouble and we were encouraged to spend time "playing" with the sofa so we knew it was the right choice for us.
