There was no pressure from the sales…
There was no pressure from the sales team, we were greeted and left to our own devices to wander the store. Until we had some questions and the staff were very helpful.
We tried a few Sofa’s out for comfort and decided on the one we were happy with. The sales men even carried the larger footstool down from up stairs so we could see how it looked against our chosen sofa.
Our order was dealt with efficiently with no pressure to add on any of the care products, overall a great smooth experience.

Pleasant experience
Went onto the Preston store and was greeted by a pleasant sales person I think he was called Russ. I liked that I didn't feel pressured in anyway into making a purchase he was so professional and polite. The range of sofas available is very good. I must admit we spotted exactly what we required almost immediately. The price was really competitive with other stores and we were really happy to purchase a great sofa and chair which is really good quality and fantastic value. We just can't wait to receive our delivery now. Thanks Sofology.

Really welcoming and knowledgeable staff
Today we purchased a new suite from the great team at Preston. They were really knowledgeable and friendly with no sales pressure applied at all. A really easy experience! Can’t wait for the furniture to arrive!

I would buy a sofa from anywhere else
This is the third sofa I have ordered from Sofology. I live in Portugal and it is worth having it shipped over than buying in the Algarve. I dealt with your branch at Deepdale Preston and a huge thanks to Gary who looked after me. He answered my questions and was very knowledgeable on product knowledge
