Polite, service

Good layout in store, lots of choice with easy to view sizes and fabrics. Some designs with quick delivery which is what we needed. Knowledgable staff.
I do think 15 weeks is a long time to pay and then wait for a sofa delivery.

I visited the store twice in consecutive days on both occasions the staff members I spoke to were polite, professional and helpful (Adrian and Tara). The range and selection of sofas throughout the store was outstanding and really made the experience of deciding on new furniture a lot more enjoyable.

Looking to buy a sofa found one we liked and the staff member Myles was polite and knowledgeable answered all of the questions we asked and let us leave the shop to mull it over. When we decided to purchase said sofa we went back to the store. Miles was not there day off but Tony helped with the purchase again another helpfull and knowledgeable member of staff. Both staff members made purchasing sofa a pleasant experience.

A great selection of sofa designs, super quality and choice of styles. Tara was fantastic in helping us choose and purchase our sofa, not pushy in any way like you get in some stores, she was very knowledgeable and helpful.
