The man, the myth, the sofa selling legend
Harrison was really helpful and made the process nice and straightforward for ‘tards like me. He gave us the store number and said to ask for him if we have any questions after our purchase which we did funnily enough and he answered and gave us peace of mind.

Outstanding customer service from Sakander from start to finish. He took the time to really listen to what we wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and tailored his advice carefully around our views and requirements. His knowledge was exceptional, and he explained everything clearly and patiently, which gave us real confidence in our decisions. Sakander was approachable, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process, making the experience smooth and reassuring. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

Thank you Harrison you helped us with our order. We first came in early this year January and we ended up ordering in December. Very knowledgable and made everything clear. Even a year later you were still here and ended up taking our order.

I recently visited sofology in Wednesbury and had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by an incredible sales assistant Ruby. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and made me feel completely at ease. Her knowledge of the products was outstanding — she understood exactly what I was looking for, offered thoughtful suggestions, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured.
What truly stood out was her patience and professionalism. She took the time to explain every detail, from fabric options to delivery times, and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect sofa. Her friendly personality, attention to detail, and exceptional customer care turned what could have been a stressful decision into an enjoyable experience.
This was, without question, the best customer service I’ve ever received in a furniture store. She transformed my visit into something memorable, and I left not only excited for my new sofa but genuinely grateful for her help. If every store had someone like her, shopping would always be a joy. Highly recommended!
