My Dad is 86 and was not happy about having a hearing test. Maufeed was brilliant with him. Explained everything clearly and was very patient and funny. Made us both relax and able to complete the test.
He explained the pricing well and was very helpful without a hard sell. I would recommend him to anyone.

Went for a hearing test as I have noticed hearing isn't what it was. Faizal fully explained the procedure and made me feel at ease and explained every process that was happening . He was very respectful and professional, will definitely be using him for my future check ups.

I have been a HA wearer for fifteen years, starting with NHS and graduating to private organisations after around four years. Having used several providers I have to say, without doubt, that the Hearing Care Partnership are simply superb. The provide Audiologists who are easy to get to, are fantastically well trained a knowledgeable, and supply leading brands of aids at reasonable prices. I would strongly recommend taking out their comprehensive five year support package when buying new aids as this provides a Rolls Royce support and after sales service which includes (and I have found this invaluable as I get older) wax removal. I have great pleasure in strongly recommending them.

Very good service from, The Hearing Care Partnership located in The Village Optician, Pity Me. Great choice of appointment's, meaning I could get seen quicky. On the day everything was very slick, and professional but did the appointment did not feel rushed at all. Every step of the way there was an opportunity to ask question. Had both ears checked and cleaned, with good results. The hearing test at the end was very helpful. Great service, and would use again, and would recommend if you need ears checking, and wax removed

I attended an audiology appointment at the Shepton Mallet branch with Hannah. My appointment was for ear impressions for motorcycling ear plugs. Hannah immediately put me at ease, was extremely thorough and professional, and made the whole experience altogether more pleasant. Hannah is a credit to her profession and I would definitely recommend her.

Rebecca was again so careing and professional she made me at ease when dealing with my blocked ears. Instant hearing after she had finished and no pain. This is the second visit in 8 months. its clear to me that i will need to go every 8 months to keep my hearing and ear health in good order. In the diary for my next visit.

Celeste supplied me with my new hearing aids today(July 2026). She was extremely professional and helpful, giving very clear explanations of everything involved. I would definitely recommend her highly. John, Hassocks.

Faisal made the whole test a very interesting one. He explained the process very clearly and in much detail.He shares his detailed understanding of how the ear works in a very simple and easy to understand way. Faisal deserves recognition for this as it is no mean feat to simplify the function of a clearly very complex organ.

James Burt has been excellent and caring in our experience with new hearing aids as my wife has very poor hearing and it is a new experience for me. We have been fitted in to his schedule quickly and he has always been helpful. I would certainly recommend this company and James .

I visited Marie in Dawlish and she was lovely. I needed to evaluate private hearing aid options and she was very patient, informative and helpful. I was able to test a hearing aid for 2 weeks for free and return without any pressure to take it any further whatsoever. The whole experience cost me nothing and taught me a great deal. Many thanks.

Faisal was very knowledgeable and explained every part of the hearing test so we could understand what was being tested and how. He went through the results thoroughly and "next steps" choices. My husband needs hearing aids and I don't yet, so neither of us felt pressured into any expensive solutions. He was trustworthy and competent and we would recommend this company.

The staff were good but I am concerned that when I had the hearing test there was a lot of background noise which affected my hearing test results
When the hearing care partnership tested my hearing I was referred to an NHS clinic after due to hearing loss being worse in one ear than the other
However when I had my hearing test with the nhs my hearing loss was not significant at all
I believe having experienced two tests that there was a lot of background noise whilst I was having the test with the hearing care partnership
With this in mind I think the results were inaccurate and the referral to the nhs could have been avoided

I had an excellent experience at The Hearing Care Partnership in Selly Oak. From the moment I arrived, all of the staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit.

He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained each test and the results in a way that was easy to understand, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed.
