Very good agency, sorted me out with work and a contract within a couple months time

Jamie was very helpful and made the process of getting a job straight forward and stress free and he asked me how was my first day with the company and he is very pleasant when he phones me

I have worked for the agency for a little over 6 months now with a full time job and Sumit at time recruitment has made sure I’ve been happy there and if I had any issues he would sort them out for me and that I was always able to chat to him about anything troubling me

Jamie was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the whole process, as were the other Time Recruitment staff when he wasn't around. Most recruiters I've worked with in the past treat the role as very transactional, but Jamie goes above and beyond at every stage. He listened about my career and what I wanted next, and he always checked in before putting me forward for roles. He set up 3 interviews for me all within a week of each other, and helped prepare me for the role by helping me focus on the right transferable skills to highlight. He checked in before and after every interview, and made me feel like I mattered in a job market that has beat the hope out of me for 5 months. I’ve had a really positive experience with this recruitment agency. They have been very proactive in helping me find suitable work and have always been helpful and supportive throughout the process.

One thing I particularly appreciate is their online employee system. It is extremely clear, easy to use and, most importantly, very transparent. Almost everything can be managed online yourself, and all the information you need is clearly displayed. You can easily check your details, holiday entitlement and other employment information without having to constantly contact someone to find out what is happening.

Compared with some other recruitment agencies I’ve dealt with, the difference is huge. Some agencies have no proper online employee system at all, so there is very little transparency. If you have a question, you often have to call and wait for someone to tell you the answer. Even something as simple as checking how much holiday you have left or whether a holiday request has been processed can become a frustrating experience.

That’s why I really appreciate this agency’s approach. The system gives employees much more control, clarity and confidence, while the team themselves are proactive and genuinely helpful.

Overall, a very professional and user-friendly service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for work.
