Buenos días a todos. Solo quiero compartir mi experiencia para que cada uno saque sus propias conclusiones antes de comprar un reto con esta empresa.

Compré varias cuentas. Algunas las perdí por errores míos, eso lo reconozco. Sin embargo, logré aprobar una cuenta de 100k y cuando llegó el momento del pago me lo negaron porque tiempo atrás había iniciado sesión en la cuenta de un amigo para intentar ayudarlo.

Acepté esa decisión, aunque me dolió. Lo que me parece grave es que después hablé con soporte y me dijeron que, si cambiaba de dispositivo, podía seguir operando con la empresa sin problema. Con esa información compré más cuentas.

Tiempo después, antes de volver a comprar otro reto, pregunté nuevamente para asegurarme de que no estuviera bloqueado. La respuesta fue que, sin importar que comprara nuevas cuentas o cambiara de dispositivo, nunca me volverían a pagar. Cuando les recordé lo que soporte me había dicho anteriormente, simplemente respondieron que yo había interpretado mal las reglas.

No estoy escribiendo esto para que me devuelvan la cuenta ni para que cambien su decisión. Ya perdí la confianza en esta empresa.

Solo quiero advertirles que tengan mucho cuidado. Lean absolutamente todas las reglas, pidan todo por escrito y no den por hecho lo que les responda soporte, porque después pueden interpretar las reglas de otra manera.

Comparto mi caso para que nadie más pase por una situación similar. Al final, las empresas de fondeo no están reguladas como un banco y, si surge un problema, es muy difícil reclamar. Ahí están las conversaciones y las pruebas; cada uno puede sacar sus propias conclusiones antes de invertir su dinero.
No me dejan poner imágenes pero pueden contactarme por Telegram y les puedo mostrar todas las pruebas de lo que digo , no recomiendo esta empresa no pagan y te cambian las reglas no confíen en el soporte .

Unprofessional KYC Practices and Data Security Risks – Avoid if you value your privacy!

I am writing this review to warn other traders about my experience with We Master Trade. I purchased a funded account (Account ID: 1161520) 8 days ago.

The company deliberately allows users to purchase accounts before completing KYC, only to create major obstacles afterward to prevent you from using the service. For the past 5 days, my verification status has been stuck on "Pending" on their dashboard, despite my attempts to resolve it through official channels.

The most alarming part is their support team's behavior. Instead of using the secure, automated verification system in the dashboard, their support representatives (via WhatsApp) insisted that I send sensitive personal documents—including my government ID and bank statements—directly to them via chat.

This is highly unprofessional and a massive data security risk. It means your private information ends up stored on the personal phones of their support staff. When I refused to share sensitive data through unencrypted messaging apps, I was met with poor service and constant excuses.

If they make the simple process of KYC this chaotic, unprofessional, and insecure, imagine how they will handle your withdrawal requests. Based on my experience and the patterns I have seen, it appears they will find any excuse to deny payouts.

My demand is simple: either process my verification immediately through your secure dashboard, as a professional company should, or provide a full refund for this account.

I am an experienced trader, and I urge everyone to be cautious. This is not how a regulated or professional fintech company operates.

I am writing this to warn traders about WeMasterTrade. I purchased a funded account (1161520) 8 days ago, and the experience has been a nightmare.

1. They deliberately allow users to purchase accounts before completing KYC, only to create major obstacles afterward to prevent you from using your service.
2. In their response to this review, they lied and claimed they never ask for documents via WhatsApp/Telegram. I have video and photographic evidence that their official support and "promoters" explicitly demand sensitive ID and bank documents through these insecure, personal channels.
3. They are trying to gaslight customers with generic templates instead of addressing the real security risks their platform poses.

They are forcing manual verification outside of their own secure dashboard to avoid accountability. I refuse to expose my private data to their "promoters."

Return my funds immediately. Do not trust this company with your identity or your capital.

UPDATE: After significant pressure and escalation, my account (1161520) has finally been verified through official email channels. However, I maintain my warning regarding their KYC process, as the company still directs users to unofficial channels (WhatsApp/Telegram) for manual verification, which poses a serious security risk for data privacy. I am sharing this update for transparency, but I advise all traders to remain extremely cautious with their personal data when dealing with this firm.

Our team requested that you resubmit the correct documents through the same live chat channel — which is an official, company-operated communication tool, not a personal messaging application. This is our standard KYC support process and has been used consistently across all customers. At no point were you asked to send any documents via WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, or any personal account. All communication was conducted exclusively through our official HubSpot-integrated live chat and company email.

3. Regarding the claims made in this review: We must respectfully but firmly reject the following:
+ The suggestion that KYC processing times are indicative of how withdrawal requests will be handled — these are entirely separate processes with different teams and timelines.
+ The claim that WeMasterTrade deliberately creates obstacles based on account purchase status — we apply the same verification process to all customers regardless of the account type purchased.
+ The characterisation of our official live chat as an insecure or personal channel — our live chat is a company-operated platform and does not expose customer data to personal devices of any individual staff member.

4. Regarding the refund request: Our CS team has already reached out to you directly to explain our verification process and assist you further. We remain willing to complete your KYC through our official channels. Should you wish to formally escalate your concern, please do so through wemastertrade.com/report where our management team will review your case in full.

I've tried wemastertrade 3 times everytime hits my profit consistency or daily drawdown... At least daily drawdown should be 3% on customized challenges ..m such a bad firm it is .... So much frustrated for me to 3 accounts $120 I wasted in fee....

My first funded account:

This is my first time with a propfirm i bought 10k instant 51010 it was a journey helped me to know myself and the rules are clear and they help you to be disciplined trader now i requested my payout and it is approved customer service was very responsive through my experience but payment methods not all of them are working but that is not that big of deal (bank transfer)
