Scam Alert: Locked out of KYC and told to "just buy another account"!
I purchased an evaluation account (ID: 1165537) with WeMasterTrade. Since my identity documents (KYC) are linked to my primary email, their system flagged my new account as a duplicate and blocked my verification.
I contacted support asking for a manual KYC approval or to transfer my active balance so I could safely trade and withdraw. Their shocking response was literally to tell me: "please purchase on this email address to trade" and buy a whole new account!
This is direct financial extortion. They take your money, block you from verifying your account so you can't request payouts, and then demand that you pay them again for a new account. I have attached the screenshot of their support chat proving this scam behavior.
Stay away from this company! I am immediately filing a chargeback with my bank.

I just qualified for a payout on WeMasterTrade. I have been having a very good experience using WeMasterTrade so far. Great!

اظن ان الشركة سيئة كما يقولون لان غير معقول شركة كبيرة ولديها فريق تقني لا يستطيع حل مشكلة في يوم او يومين وانا متاكدة انهم لم يشاهدو مشكلتي انا اردت سحب ارباحي ولكن كود المصادقة لا يصلني حدفت التطبيق واعدت تحميله ولكن لم يعد حسابي في التطبيق مرتبط بحسابي في الشركة ارسلت كل الصور والمشكلة للدعم في ايميل وفي واتسب مند 10 ايام نفس الجواب انتظري حل المشكلة هل الفريق التقني يعمل بالورقة والقلم ام بالتقنيات نحن في 2026 عصر تكنولوجيا والسرعة

My payout was denied after reaching the profit target – My experience with WeMasterTrade MT5 ID: 1157499

I want to share my experience with WeMasterTrade so that other traders can make an informed decision before purchasing a challenge.

I successfully reached my profit target and submitted a payout request. Instead of receiving my payout, my request was denied, and my account was reset.

The reason given was “Profit Consistency Manipulation.” According to the Risk Team, my overall trade management indicated that I intentionally limited my profits on one day and realized the remaining profits the next day.

I strongly disagree with this conclusion. My trades were managed based on market conditions, not to manipulate daily profit calculations. I requested objective evidence showing how they determined my intent, but I was only told that the decision was final.

Another point traders should understand is that this account does not charge overnight swaps, which naturally encourages many traders to hold positions overnight as part of their trading strategy. In my case, my overnight trade management was later interpreted as a rule violation, resulting in my payout being denied.

This was my experience:

* Profit target achieved.
* Payout request denied.
* Account reset instead of receiving payment.
* Final decision with no further appeal.

Based on my experience, I believe traders should be extremely careful before choosing this firm. Read every rule thoroughly and understand that even if you believe you are managing trades normally, the Risk Team may interpret your trading differently.

Considero que es una empresa confiable, con procesos claros y continua actualización, además la atención es rápida, y puedo hacer consultas 24 horas, através de whatsapp, telegram o discord; es mi segundo retiro, es un honor trabajar con ellos.

Al principio tenia dudas, por el precio pensaba que podia ser una estafa, porque es una oferta de valor increible e inigualable por otras firmas. Entonces decidi probarla. Y fue una buena decision las condiciones de mercado son aceptables y no he tenido problemas de respuesta ademas la comodidad con la que la puedes ir trabajando no tiene comparacion.

Solicite mi segundo retiro en el cuel cumpli con todos los parametros incluso pregunte antes de solicitarlo para segurarme que todo estuviera bien y se me sijo que si, una vez hecha la solicitud se me rechazo por supuesto tick scalipig PERO EN LAS REGLAS NO SEÑALA UNA METRICA PARA MEDIR ESTA PRACTICA, POR LO QUE SOLICITE UNA VIDEOLLAMDA DONDE ME DIJERON QUE ES A LA INTERPRETACION YA QUE NO HAY UNA REGLA DEL TIEMPO DENTRO DE LA OPERACION, ya que algunas operaciones duraban poco por la volatilidad donde yo respetaba mi riesgo y mi estrategia SUMADO A QUE SE ME TOMARON EN CUANTA OPERACIONES EN PERDADA CON MI PRETECCION HABITUAL, no se me dio solucion y tampoco me supieron desglosar el porque de el retiro rechazado por lo que recomiuiendo no operar en esta empresa no son claros con sus reglas, varias son abiertas a la interpretacion de ellos y cuendo intentas dar explicacion no eres escuchado de la manera correcta

They have 1% trade risk rule. This means in account 50.000 dollar if a trade goes against you 500 dollar, They terminate your account after spending long time to pass the two phases evolution They They should put clear in the info table close to profit target . Not hide it

Me suspendieron la cuenta. No me dan razones está positiva y apenas tenía 5 trades . Me robaron son descaro

Submitted for withdrawal but was rejected due to Hedging Violation. They allow hedging but you cannot do it' too much'. What is too much? They showed me 4 set of trade ideas of me hedging and they called it too much. I have no intention of manipulating the markets as what they say, when i saw the price will reverse slightly, i just hedge. Since they allow hedging, use it isn't it? Might as well prohibit the hedging usage, this is better. Why reject my whole withdrawal because of this? They can just deduct the profits that was gained from hedging isn't it? So sad that WMT has become so focused on rejecting withdrawal rather than deducting profits. I am of their veteran traders and been supporting them since the beginning but they have been disappointing when comes to withdrawals. 5 days of hardwork just thrown down the drain. Really ruthless for us genuine traders.

I have been trading with WeMasterTrade for some time and have successfully received multiple payouts. My overall experience has been positive, and the support team has been responsive whenever I needed assistance.
