Excellent service…
My husband and I both needed new walking boots. Blacks had a good selection and Dylan was really helpful and cheerful. He was actually serving three people at once all needing different boots and sizes and he wasn’t fazed at all. Very pleasant experience! Thank you.

Good selection of quality footwear
Very pleased to replace my outdoor trainers and my hiking boots this morning. I have a good pair of Merrells and a pair of Salomons that have given me excellent service over the years so I simply needed to replace them with the new versions. Dylan was very helpful, especially with the Salomons, and knowledgeable too. A good shopping experience and I was on my way with my new footwear in no time.

Walking boots
I went in looking for walking boots for a charity trek I am doing for Jersey Autism. Dillon was very patient snd gave me good advice with regards to what I needed and found me the perfect ones, I wore over the weekend and it was like walking on air. Comfortable, well supported and waterproof ...., thank you, I will complete the trek through the Himalayas thanks to you! X

Shoddy service
So disappointed with this company. Ordered a garmin watch with next day delivery. Didn’t get a delivery notification so followed up with phone call. Was told all was ok but it will be a day late. An hour later order was cancelled , out of stock, but still for sale on website. Shoddy service. Do not use this company.

Just sat through an awkward situation involving a customer being rude, however, sussy handled it proffesionally and gave me discount just for having to watch. Cant be happier with the service and product. Will deffently be back just based off service.
