I had my ears pierced after seeking advice from the lovely sales assistant. He was so friendly and reassuring. My piercing was performed in a sterile environment using high-quality, sterile equipment and using a disposable, single-use needle.
The man harboured my ears was very professional and also really lovely.

The Exeter shop is horrible compared to the others (such as Plymouth, Bristol, Cardiff and Birmingham). Whenever I go in there I am more and more disappointed with the lack of anything clothing wise. Every time I’d go in since the move to the new building the amount of dresses got smaller and smaller to the point that the last time I went in I don’t think there was a single dress. The main reason I go to a blue banana is to look at the clothing and when the clothing is just different tops in the same shape and some trousers there's no point in going in. I used to go into the Exeter shop every time I went to Exeter with almost no exception but since the move I only go in for the hair dye as there is very little point in going in otherwise.
