CI NT integration
The response was quick, analytical and pointed me to the right steps to take to finalise a solution. The problem related to CI integration to NT. The solution was beyond the scope of the support person but they quickly understood the issue and gave me the next steps to progress the solution forward towards finalisation

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear your experience with our team has not been what you had anticipated. While we strive to make our application process as seamless as possible, we must balance this with our duty as a regulated firm to verify details under the “Know Your Customer” (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines set forth by our regulator. There were responses sent to you requesting clearer documentation required to proceed with your application. For immediate assistance, we recommend that you contact us by phone, once connected, please select 9 to speak with a representative. Alternatively our support team is available by live chat or email.

Great customer service.
Having not traded for some time I had put on a trade but when I wanted to close it was feeling really stupid that I had forgotten where I could do so. The young man I spoke to on the phone closed it for me and was very helpful in reminding me where I should go to on the platform to close trades in the future. I am now reassured that I can ask for help if I need it. Thank you.
