NOTHING BUT THE VERY BEST
What made my experience great was Brain and Emma Ryder they made the process easy and not stressful and as they was doing so I could not help but notice that they was working as a team helping each other I definitely would recommend anyone looking for a new car great Atmosphere, great group of folks to work with I mean I was their for a totally different vehicle located at another driver time and they was still going all out to make sure me and my wife was taken care off and not just push us away but so be it I ended up getting the same make and model at the grand rapids location that I was getting at the Indian location just a 2 yr difference in the units anyway of your searching for a car drivetime is the place this is my third car with them

DO NOT LET THE 5 STAR REVIEWS FOOL YOU. AVOID AT ALL COSTS especially if you are a young adult, working on your credit, etc. Buy a car anywhere but here. I was sold the biggest POS car with nothing but problems. I purchased the car and within 3 months I couldn’t drive it. I can’t even say the amount of money I spent on repairs without feeling nauseas. Within 6 months of purchasing I needed a new catalytic converter, turbo replaced, etc., and an engine rebuild is when I stopped putting money into it. The Chevrolet dealership that worked on it for months told me this car wouldn’t have passed an inspection report. Don’t even try to see the inspection report, you’ll have to get a lawyer to get anywhere with this place. They sell LEMONS & then do absolutely nothing to help you. Emma was nice and said she was just beginning her career at DriveTime, but I am begging you to try and find a better job with genuine people. Trevor and Brian are NO HELP. They are shady and just want to make a quick buck. Trevor and Brian are the worst there, I feel so sorry for all the other customers who are going to go through the same thing I did.

Tomas+Drivetime= Perfection.
Tomas was perfect from the moment I walked in, to the moment I drove away in my new car. I hate used car dealerships. Most of them are pushy and fake nice. Tomas not neither. The process was easy. A little long but I understand why it has to be. The more the customer can do online the better. He answered all my questions and made me feel like I was a person and not a number. Whatever drivetime is paying him is not enough. He's a single dad trying to raise his little boy Angel. That's not easy and not cheap. Tomas was the ONLY reason I bought a car from drivetime. I am very impressed with how different drivetime is compared to all other dealerships. Taxes and plates being included with the down payment was great. The warranty on my car is amazing. You kust dont see that kind of warranty anywhere else. I recently injured my knee and had to change careers, and I'm not making close to the money I was used to. All other dealerships wanted 1000-2000 down. But divetime wanted 300 down for a very nice AWD SUV. I sure hope you give Tomas a big bonus because he nit only needs it he deserves it.

I was skeptical at first and didn't know what shape the cars would be in but surprisingly I found an amazing car with everything I wanted. The buying process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend anyone to go and check it out!
