Man i have to come here to leave 1 star review its like I had no choice.
I never shop here before i just ordered first time ssd because it was cheap and i needed it tomorrow asap. But obviously its GAME STORE they cant do the most basic things they ship me a Nintendo switch charger tho i ordered a origin inception SSD. I checked multiple times i ordered an ssd i got a switch charger that means its 100% their fault. Now i wouldnt leave a review normally but i have to because now i want to resolve the issue i cant even walk into the physical store to fix is as soon as possible then now i cant even call a store to help contact them as they don't pick up.
Ive emailed them and used customer services its been 2 days no reply absolute disgrace, never wanted to and never will shop here again this is got to be the worst store ever u cant even get the order right to begin with i promise i ordered correctly i ordered origin inception ssd and got Nintendo switch charger it shows on my emails orders and the packaging shows my name with the exact GAME sticker on it and i got time of email on my inbox received at the exact time i collected the game parcel.
i open it and inside is a Nintendo switch charger.

No more proof is needed they got the order wrong and are retarded never with any other company in this planet.

Bought two hobbit gift bundles, packets looked tampered with

This was horrible, the package arrived and it so badly damaged it’s actually sunk my heart and lost my trust is Game why was it packaged in nothing but a plastic bag and not properly protected, it was so badly damaged I can’t even keep any of the boxes as I like the art work and all of the packs were already out of the boxes due to how much damage and I pray the cards aren’t damaged or torn from how poorly they’ve gotten to me

I give it a 2 but game has always been here since I was a child. I remember game station versus game James station was for the midnight launch and then join was in a hard-core game but then became it and I would give it five but now a lot of people are saying games go I see their points but I don’t believe in that you need a retro section and get a good collection but always thinking people who are doing it might
be collecting or
Selling but getting people is the big thing doing cheap again week and days Sunday different Friday different Saturday different retro collections you can look at them up and see what they’ve were but you’ll be there to make not a lot on them but getting people in

Web store ordering experience was easy, & items shipped within a few days + shipping cost is reasonable. However sending games internationally to the other side of the world in bag with a bit of bubble wrap around them was not enough protection, both arrived with covers smashed up and unfortunately too expensive to ship back to the UK for an exchange.
I will return as a customer if Game can guarantee international shipping in a box.

I ordered a game with one-day delivery—paying £10 for it—but the delivery never happened; there was zero contact, nothing. It’s a terrible company; you're better off buying from Amazon, since the prices are the same but the delivery is fast and always on time.

i pay extra for next day delivery and never received on time because game was shipped from game at 17:00

Packages came squashed, damaged and clearly had price labels on them that were torn off, ex-shop item and not new.

First of all, there was no padding at all in my £150 order. All large boxes were damaged. I wasn't going to bother leaving a review as the games thankfully were not damaged, nor their boxes, despite no protection.
What tipped me over the edge is one of the storage boxes, I know, I know, a storage box from GAME? It's new, and damaged, but the problem... Is that it was filthy. Paying for something you need to clean like you bought it third-hand on eBay leaves a sick feeling in my gut. I can't even tell what it is. Some was sticky and yellow, some was sticky and brown... I don't think anyone wants to know what it was. Foul, seriously, GAME.

The checkout is so complicated. The email system is messed up but it's the only company that gives you special edition. Headoffice is very complicated to contact. I don't know they they could possibly work.

Excellent experience excellent service

Never had any issues while using the web store or when in store. Purchase item information is always available and updated if its an item i have pre-ordered.

Very easy transaction and prompt delivery.

Poorly packaged. My items have been put only in a plastic bag resulting in each box being damaged.
I doubt whether I'll be ordering from game again
