Made welcome from the start. Lovely friendly staff, especially Imogen in the Blyth shop. She was polite, a great listener and very clear in explaining options available to me. She had the patience of a saint. I really appreciated her assistance. Imogen used her knowledge to recommend a hotel which I subsequently booked. Overall I was very happy with all aspects of arranging a holiday, I guess Imogen made this whole process easier with her expertise. Thanks and well done.

It was my first time booking a holiday abroad,I was really nervous and anxious. The young girl was ever so helpful and showed me patience and empathy towards my feelings and personal situation. I didn't feel pressured and she listened to where I wanted to be and offered me 2 good deals to look at,I did accept one.The young girl was called Lois and booked my holiday on the 25/8/26. ,she is a credit to Hays Travel, lovely polite and caring. All the staff smiled and welcomed me when I first called in, it's a small agency in Blyth, Northumberland.
