The travel consultant, I believe her name was Lucy, was extremely helpful and contacted me about a holiday she knew I was interested in.

Lucy was very helpful and helped me look at several options for our January holiday in Tenerife.

Lucy was very friendly and helpful. She found us the sea view we wanted and we felt confident to book straight away. It’s good to know everything is taken care of.

We have dealt with all the staff members at different times. They are all consistently helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
On this occasion we booked with Ally who lived up to our high expectations of this great team.

The service we received was very professional

Excellent service , if you find a deal on the Internet from another travel agent just pop into your local Hays shop and see the ladies ask what they can do. They normally come up with a better deal and a better service as they do all the hard legwork for you like confirming, flights hotels, etc..and sit back and enjoy

We went into Hayes to enquire about a three week holiday in Thailand advertised on a board outside the Bridport branch. Kayleigh provided the key information and forwarded the details via email. We then followed with another visit to the branch and Kayleigh again helped answer our questions which helped us to decide to go ahead and book. Kayleigh went above and beyond in explaining the holiday and providing information. She kept in touch whilst completing the booking process, clarifying when needed. As always with Hays Bridport, you get top quality service and Kayleigh has been excellent throughout. This is the 4th holiday we’ve booked via Hays Bridport this year and we will continue to do so. Thank you.
