As always this branch goes all out to please the customer, I have used the branch on several occasions and find the staff very helpful. This time it was Sophie’s turn lol, very helpful.

Wasn't sure where we wanted to go but had check list of dates preferred time of fights,preferred airport ect & lorna was great to keep searching through different destinations & hotels to find the best place for our needs & our budget she was very patient with us.

I was able to enquire about the short break I wanted via Hays Travel Girvan Facebook page, Josh was super helpful and responded quickly to all messages. This took away a lot of the stress I had as I wasn't sure where to start with planning and booking.
