Extremely welcoming staff. I explained what I wanted and the representative, who is fairly new, Xavier was very confident and very good at searching for the most suitable flight. Explained every detail to make sure everything was understood. I’ve used Hays on more than one occasion and keep going back as they are very experienced and knowledgeable at their job, making sure every aspect is covered.

She looked at all the offers & gave me a good holiday & the timings of the flights were light & she changed it. I think she was very pleasant wanted me to get a cheap deal. Then previous times I have been.

Friendly helpful staff who do all the paperwork for you making it less stressful when navigating the booking process. They even contact you to tell you that the check-in has been opened and that your boarding passes have been printed off and are ready for collection. Brilliant service.
