I sent Heather details of a cruise I was looking at and, she replied straight away with a price confirmed a few things with me and booked my cruise. This is the second cruise I have booked with Heather and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again as, she is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

We had the absolute best experience booking our holiday thanks to Heather from Hays Travel. She was amazing from start to finish—so patient, friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
We changed our minds a few times, added people, took people off, and asked about lots of different locations, but Heather handled everything without hesitation and made the whole process completely stress-free. Nothing ever felt like an issue.
She is genuinely the best we’ve ever used, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. We’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future!

Heather has been sorting our holidays for years! She has so much knowledge on different places and is always open to further questions. She has the patience of a saint with me being particular about what I want and then changing my mind about certain aspects! Heather is professional and I love the reminders and extra steps she goes through to help make everything run smoothly. I also love the app and that you can make extra payments if you want. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now for my holidays.
