MARKUS VERY PATIENT, EXREMELY HELPFUL, TALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS OF BOOKING A CRUISE

Markus was very helpful and very informative , the booking was such an easy process

Absolutely terrible service once been paid. Took days to get back to us and then with one liners to look at the .gov sites . Arrived at final destination without waiver which other travellers had from their high street agents. After using a proper personal travel adviser for 10 years before they retired were pointed in Mr youngs direction and booked a holiday, however once payment was made went silent.I would say he's more of instagram cruiser than a travel adviser and certainly won't be using him again and the 3 other enquires from my family won't be going any further. Don't recommend,sorry I didn't complete your review link sent to me twice within hours after booking and then paying. Good riddance.

I would highly recommend Hays travel, I had the opportunity to speak to Markus, gave him a few instructions of what I wanted, dates and where, he did not fail, kept in touch and emailed me a few options the next day. My husband and I went through the options and booked straight away, all this was hassle free, and got the holiday we wanted. Two very excited customers.

Markus was excellent we informed him what we wanted and he immediately put a quote together. He found us an excellent cruise deal
His communication was very good he sent us all the information then called to make sure we were happy a couple of times to ensure we had everything we needed for our upcoming trip. We would highly recommend giving him a call if you want to book a trip
