Always a great experience booking with Michael, we’ve booked many trips with him and all have gone very smoothly. We’ve booked small city breaks to big multi stop trips. He has been great keeping us updated and really helpful with any changes we needed to make, one trip we had to change the week before due to a visa delay which was handled brilliantly.
