Very happy customer.
I was very pleased with the service I had with Nicola in hays travel. Nicola has a lot of patience as she explains things to me. Nicola is a very nice lady and nothing is a bother to her. All the staff are friendly and talk to you. I always look forward to booking my holidays as everything is done right 100%. Nicola is very good at her job and I class her as my friend.

I knew what I wanted and rep did exactly as I asked. Didn't want to pay single suplment and wasn't worried about month. Then booked return flights , plus 2 nights hotel , again no problem . Straight forward and quick . Good service.
