I had received some ideas for my holiday after seeing one of your employees. One of which we were interested in. You emailed further details and we decided to come into Hays to book this. The assistant was very good, explaining everything, answering my queries. We were very happy to receive this service and will certainly book any other holidays through Hays in Royton.

Wanted to find a family friendly hotel to take our children and grandchildren next year. Told Emma what we were looking for and she found the perfect place that ticked all the boxes. Can’t wait to go.

I cannot fault the service I receive from Hays Travel. I find the staff to be very friendly, helpful and professional. Freya, who dealt with my booking, was extremely helpful and friendly and spent time to ensure that we managed to book the holiday that we wished to go on. She answered any queries we had and went through the itinerary of the tour. Nothing was too much trouble for her. It was a pleasure to deal with her. I would certainly recommend Hays Travel.
