Always get exactly what I want from the girls in hays, always go out of there way to get all what I want,all the staff are so friendly and help , nothing for me couldn’t improve the service. Except make it cheaper for single travellers

We went into the sheerness store to book the trip of a life time to china, we spent time with Vicky she was as usual so helpful she looked for prices airports flight times etc that best suited our needs, she made us aware of visas needed so we could have a think about it before we booked, once we had all the info we needed we went ahead and booked a 16 day tour in china. Thank you Vicky for taking the time to make sure we got our perfect holiday, you are a credit to Hays travel.
