We saw Louise , she was great , very friendly and chatty, she got us the holiday in the hotel we wanted, and searched for good flight time , the other staff was lovely too , as we was the only ones in the shop at the time, one of the other girls phoned to book my special assistance

Quick and easy
Popped into store after seeing a cruise offer on the app. I explained which offer I'd seen and Nicola soon had all the information on the computer. She set about taking all the details about the cruise. Found us the right cabin and arranged transport for us. Asked us about insurance and money if we needed any. Then we paid and all was done, thanks Nicola.

Everything went fine
Everything went fine. We knew where we wanted to go and the hotel we wanted to stay at. The agent booked everything very quickly going through all the fine details etc. They then printed everything we needed off so we could go through everything at home.
