I only ever book our holidays with Hays and have always found the staff really helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant.

Agent responded very quickly via Facebook. Completed the booking process easily and secured the trip I wanted, a bit overpriced but hey ho!!

When I was looking for hotels, this one always came up first with most travel companies — the photos looked great, but I struggled to find many real reviews; all I knew was it had recently changed its name after a full renovation. But all I can say is… wow — absolutely amazing! 💫

My family and I have had such a fantastic stay here. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are incredible — so polite, friendly, and they truly go out of their way to help you.

The food is honestly the best we’ve ever had at an all‑inclusive hotel. There’s plenty of choice, and even if there’s something you don’t fancy, there’s an à la carte menu you can order from (payable locally) as an extra option.
Just a little note to mention — the all‑inclusive service finishes at 11:00 PM each night, which is good to know in advance.

Very helpfull, polite, helped us with all our disabled needs for our holiday! The booking process was easy, the young lady did everything for us, the service was perfect!

The lady we spoke to was very efficient, she compared holidays for us and came up with several options. This gave us a full picture of what we could expect and made our decision easier when selecting the holiday we chose.

Relaxed atmosphere, very helpful staff, nothing is too much hassle. Great deals. Would not holiday shop anywhere else !
