Always looked after well at Hidden Hearing Bath.

Arrived early, “proper” coffee ( Nespresso) & biscuits available. Excellent start.

Video taken of both ears before & after micro suction. All explained simply but effectively & a complimentary hearing test included in the treatment.

What’s not to like!

When I first went to hidden hearing 8 years ago, Andy Collis in the Bath store told me hidden hearing look after their customers. He wasn't wrong I've had so many issues caused by myself over the last 8 years Andy he has been so helpful and pleasant, nothing is too much trouble. Credit to Hidden hearing and Andy Collis

The audiologist was knowledgeable and understood how my poor hearing affected me. After the hearing test he explained the results. The hearing aids he could offer sounded to have very advanced technology which could give me the best help possible. He won’t just fit them but offers follow ups until they are perfect for me hopefully.

My hearing test was conducted very professionally by James. It was just over a week before I received the new aid. They’re absolutely perfect. I can now hear so much better including the birds singing in the mornings.

Although I have received good aids from HH in Bath, I have received no advice concerning the various mental problems that my severe hearing loss creates. They are very real issues and RNID have confirmed that my audiologist should provide this e.g. advice as to who I should contact for counselling and therapy. I paid thousands of pounds for my aids.

Andy helped me out of a desperate situation… my hearing aid charger had broken whilst visiting Bath for a few days. Andy managed to find me a replacement and also gave my aids a long overdue service .
I would highly recommend Andy and Hidden Hearing for all hearing aid service and advice .

I have been seeing Andy Collis at Hidden Hearing ,Bath for a long time. He is always very friendly and sorts out my hearing. I bought some new hearing aids in November , they were a bit expensive but life changing for me. I used to be quite a confident person but as my hearing got worse I lost a lot of confidence in myself. I found I was not meeting up with people socially anymore because I could not keep up with the conversation. I bought Oticon hearing aids and I am back to being quite a confident person again. I can hear the radio in my car again because the background noise is quieter. It is alk thanks to Andy who was really helpful and has helped me so much. The audiologist I saw - James Burt - was fantastic. I’ve been a Boots customer before but the service James gave was far superior to anything I’ve experienced at Boots. I have recommended Hidden Hearing to all my friends. I can highly recommend this company!

I cannot speak more highly of the excellent standard of service provided to me by Hidden Hearing (Bath).
- After having required hearing aids for many years, I suppose I had also become somewhat ‘used to the routine checks and upgrades’ without really questioning the ‘calibre of service’ received. - It then became necessary for me to change my Audiologist. “Hidden Hearing”, Bath was recommended and ‘they’ now care for me. Not only have they been absolutely superb, with their care, consideration and thoroughness in every stage of the checking, testing and fitting … but the ‘peace of mind’ felt afterwards, in knowing ‘the decision’, to select “Hidden Hearing” (Bath), was absolutely ‘spot on’ for me, is very gratifying. “Thank you”, Jane (and your other colleagues in the ‘Hidden Hearing Team’ at Bath), but most of all, “Thank you”, Andy for your painstaking thoroughness throughout the examinations and consultations.
