It is always a pleasure to visit Hidden Hearing as the receptionist Michelle is very friendly and helpfu and the Audiologist is very competent, interested and takes his time to listen and to explain each stage of the consultation

I had previously spent a fair bit of time trying to book in for Ear Microsuction with the other well known “high-street” names. They either didn’t have someone in post or qualified to do it (I previously had grommets and therefore they said they couldn’t do it). I then stumbled across Hidden Hearing which didn’t have either of these issues…

The practitioner Debbie was great - Professional, friendly and informative. Has a love and passion for her job, making the experience for me feel much more personable and relaxing.

It was smooth process from start to finish and I would highly recommend to anyone in the Tendring area who is looking at having micro suction.

I went to the Clacton on Sea branch, very helpful, I am disabled and found easy to attend as they have a ramp to the door, parking outside also. Everyone was very friendly.

Amazing experience this morning!
I’ve been for wax removal at Specsavers before & it felt like a conveyor belt.
This was totally different, everything explained fully, ears examined inside & out, wax removal done & then a hearing test.
And, there was a promotional offer on of half price treatment, bonus!
I would honestly say, the service I received today, from the ease of parking, to the welcoming reception area to Debbie who carried out the procedure, what a welcome relief
10/10 for a wonderful experience & I will be recommending to all!

I recently went in to see Gordon and Michelle at the Clacton branch. This was for a routine hearing test. As usual they were excellent. Gordon took me through the test which was thorough, very professionally done and detailed. Their approach to their clients is superb - friendly whilst getting on with doing a superlative job. I would recommend everyone to go to Hidden Hearing.

All the time to explain things and go carefully thru each step of the hearing check, with all the effort to make sure I understood, shows the dedication given during my visit. I highly recommend anyone who needs help with hearing to attend a session with Gordon. You will not be disappointed and you’ll come away with a lot of knowledge and aids that really do their job properly

The audiologist Gordon was excellent right from the beginning. He made both my wife and I really welcome. He explained the whole process from start to finish and in great detail so it was easy to understand. The checks and various different tests well conducted and explained to both of us. When completed he explained the various costs involved without any pressure to buy. Excellent overall experience.

Your staff in Clacton continue to provide the same standard of service we have received for many years. Nice to see you keeping up to date with your equipment as its intetesting to see the state of ones ears on the computer screen these days.

Hidden Hearing always give first class treatment, I have been using they’re hearing aids for two years & it has changed my life, it’s wonderful to hear the birds clearly & so many lost sounds restored.
