Caring for my elderly, vulnerable Dad remotely is always challenging. Having considerate and dedicated support services where my dad lives is a great relief. Considering a diagnosis of "cognitive change" after a brain test, I was disappointed that the audiologist didn't test AI hearing aides in my Dad's every day environment, not just his flat. Dad is struggling with his existing hearing aides in group/busy situations. Dad cannot differentiate voices and other background noises. As this was a 'home' visit, it's a shame tests weren't carried out in his wider home environment. That said, the audiologist was careful, considerate and compassionate and very thorough in her approach. Thank you.

5 years ago I bought my hearing aid for £6000.00 and this includes a yearly service. I went for what I thought was my yearly. But I was told that who normally carries this out had retired. Was then told that my aids were no longer suitable, and I needed new ones that would cost £4000.00 , I said I wasn't in position to spend that kind of money at the moment. And he said we will leave it at that then. My aids were not serviced or anything.

I attended my appointment for my annual service of my Hearing Aids. During my visit, Charlotte, my Audiologist, carried out the normal procedures for servicing my hearing aids. In addition she updated my firmware so I could receive Auracast transmissions which I have been looking forward to for some time. I also had impressions of my ears to accept ear moulds which I hope to receive in the new year and will hopefully improve my hearing experience. So all in all a very worthwhile visit and Charlotte was very kind and supportive throughout my visit. Thank you.

The experience at Lichfield Hidden Hearing was amazing. Every member of staff were brilliant, even myself and my husband were given a lovely cup of coffee with a biscuit on arrival. Everything about my visit was excellent, they have plenty of time for you, no rush. I wish I had gone to them years ago, where I went previously was nothing like what I'm received here. Highly recommend.

Excellent quality staff that test and explain your hearing condition in great detail, care and attention.

Professional and efficient service. My earwax was removed painlessly with all steps being clearly explained in a friendly manner.

Sharp practice - promotion of free hearing tests, promoted in doctor’s surgery misled us as, as soon as test was done they advised us cost of hearing aid would be about £3k. Testers were excellent. Sadly Mum (the patient) has died - I contacted HH (Lichfield branch) about recycling her hearing aids and they were extremely unhelpful

was on a day trip to Lichfield and one of my hearing aids stopped working. I called in at Hidden Hearing and was assisted immediately. My hearing aids are supplied by NHS but Hidden Hearing helped me without any charge. A big thank you to Charlotte and Karen - you were brilliant!
