The guys at Rich sounds in Canton are really professional enthusiast who are knowledgeable and realistic about cutting throught to what you really need there is zero hard sell in fact the complete polar opposite opposite they could not do enough to make sure they were supporting me making the right decision

Great person to deal with as is usual at Richer Sounds. Really think that they , the stock and the customers need a better and bigger shop as the only one in South Wales.

Ordered an amp from the Cardiff branch over the phone late Saturday afternoon and it arrived early Monday morning. The sort of service you only get from Richer Sounds is always excellent.

Very helpful member of staff who xplained the different types of tvs available

I love my new TV! I was quite skeptical about getting a budget-friendly TCL compared to the much more expensive TVs I’ve bought in the past—especially since those didn't last very long anyway—so I thought I would give it a shot. I bought it online and it was delivered to the shop. I also bought the extra warranty for total peace of mind.
The young store manager who helped us carry the TV through the back door to the car park was lovely. We were even given "VIP" mugs, and I laughed and mentioned that we were nowhere near VIP customers, considering we were buying a TV for under £350. But you know what? He told us that the TV we chose was a great choice, adding that TCL is one of the biggest screen manufacturers worldwide. That comment alone made me feel so much better and reassured about my purchase.
In contrast, the employee who actually served us felt a bit unpleasant, although he was very thorough and did everything by the book. It wasn’t his attitude or anything specific he said or did; it was just an odd vibe and perception.

Excellent as always! - Bought my first bits of HiFi from RS in their first shop on London bridge walk back in the 70's and have been going back to them since. The shop in Cardiff has always been good since I moved here in the 80s. Recently replaced my main speakers via the shop rather than a web order and they were great - organised delivery for a date that suited and couldn't have been more helpful - even made sure the amp I'm driving them from was suitable plus none of the usual nonsense trying to sell me expensive extras I didn't need - cannot recommend them more highly!

Very helpful staff and provided a good television to fit my requirements at a reasonable price.
