Just what i wanted for my new tv a sound bar brilliant

Knowledgeable ,friendly staff. Trustworthy. Gave them our brief of what we needed and the man who served us just ordered it and delivered it a few days later for free.

From the first contact with Kal to collecting the goods excellent service. Kal went through a couple of options re my choice of equipment but agreed my choice was excellent. Placed the order over the phone and collected the next day. Chappers did the heavy lifting carrying the shopping bag to the car😉. seriously great service.

Great demonstration, prompt service and delivery. The one drawback being that having read all the very good reviews about the Majority Quadriga I decided to compare it to the Ruark 3S. My mistake as it's cost me a lot more. Result - somebody else in the household not too happy with the outcome.

Friendly staff when ordering. Came when said it would between times quoted. 2 drivers to deliver. When i wasnt there myself. The driver took picture of my partner and his name. So made sure it was safe to leave. Very impressed.

The young man in the shop was helpful and friendly. The delivery was on time and the delivery men were more than helpful as we needed to request a specific delivery time. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.

Laurie was extremely helpful. Had prepared the equipment that I had asked about. He was helpful too in finding trial tracks to listen to. All round very satisfied,

Tom served me, he was absolutely amazing! He helped me pick out the best turntable for my needs, and it came in the next 2 working days! Definitely recommend!

The simplest process from the start to finish and at a great price. The Staff seemed great even though I only enjoyed two or three minutes of their time.

It was the first time I've shopped with Richer Sounds and the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish.
I would definitely recommend this company from the novice like myself who frankly doesn't know anything about technology to those of you out there who wants quality item's plus you get to actually speak to another Human being not just tick boxes on a screen

i popped into the hull shop on fri 10th at 1pm and ordered a 75" tv and it was delivered 11am on the 11th.
the full buying and delivery experience was flawless

Excellent knowledge and advice again.
As usual, the team at the Hull shop took the time to help me make the right decision over my purchase, together with some technical advice to help me better enjoy the product.

Knowlegable, politeness and helpfulness are the things I remember from my Saturday afternoon shopping.

staff kept us informed when our tv would and did arrive and gave great advice and helped out when i had to make a call to the store for help setting up my tv

I have bought so many things from Richer Sounds Hull, I am happy to accept the title of "all the gear , but no idea", I try to get the best even though I am deaf as a post.
The staff are brilliant at making me feel special when I ask the most basic questions, I am sure my phone number has to be answered by who ever is in the bad books at work as a punishment.
