Great service , excellent value for money , thankyou

Good experience with staff from the store on the phone. We took advantage of the 2 week return policy but liked the product so kept it anyway. After the purchase I noticed that another company were offering the same tv for £200 less than Richer Sounds so sent in a request for price match which was refunded the same day with an extra £20 on top. Great service all round.

Staff very helpful far beyond your competitors.

Having debated for several weeks on which tv to choose, i arrived at Preston Richer sounds to be met by Howie . I found him to be very knowledgeable , helpful & courteous , He helped me make the right decision for me.
I had to ring up & spoke to Howie about a set up problem i had, he talked me through it & couldn't have been more helpful 10 out of 10 .

The help is there when you need it. Instead of talking to a machine which a lot of companies have adopted.

Excellent service and prices. Good advice and product knowledge come as standard. I have been a faithful customer for years. No need to stray from the best.

What can I say ??? Brilliant service as always. I have been buying TVs and audio items from richer sounds for a long time now and the reason I keep going back is the service is great. If you need any advice before you buy or after they are happy to help. I also recommend them to my own customers. This is the way I treat my customers and it works. I personally would like to thank Matt and the Preston shop. Nice talking and I will be back next time I need some other tech.

The men I spoke to really knew what they were talking about, and I was given a discount on just about everything I wanted.

I had no idea if a widget existed that could do the thing I wanted to. Online search suggested possibly and that a local company (Richer Sounds Preston) might have the kit. Checked the website and emailed the store with my non-techy langauge request. They got straight back to me with helpful info. When I finally ordered the kit and went to the store, again very helpful assistance despite me not being a classic AV techy.

Looking for a turntable and hoping for a demonstration of similar priced deck's.
The store had no audio demonstration area only home theater. I decided to chose something based on reviews seen. There was no stock in shop to buy, with the unit delivered next day. I could have used on line ordering of the item I bought and saved the time and expense of the trip to Preston as I learned nothing new there.
