It resulted in my being able to discard one of the previously used leads and streamline our new set up. Thanks to all at Richer Sounds.

The team at the Weybridge branch are absolutely brilliant and were extremely helpful with their demo in audio and went out of their way for excellent customer service and i would highly recommend buying from Richer Sounds as they have the expertise in all the home entertainment.
I would definitely buy from them again and if you’re not happy with any of the products you bought,they exchange and refund as long as it’s within the thirty days period etc.

I bought the product (Denon AVX-C3800H) online with a 3 day delivery mentioned. After 8 days I contacted Richer Sounds online Customer Service who explained that the additional item, a 'special' HDMI cable, was no longer available. They offered to replace it with the next length up and the unit, with the cable, were delivered the next day. Once all the connections were made I started the setup process but halfway through that the remote control handset failed. To cut a long story short I ended up with 3 remotes, all of which failed within 24 hours of delivery. I later purchased a 3rd party remote which has worked perfectly since then. The Weybridge branch was very helpful and exchanged the unit when it was assumed the problem lay there. It didn't but the staff were certainly trying to ensure I had a working unit. Coincidentally, the second unit did not sound as good as the first one but over the last 2 months there have been a number of downloaded updates and it is working very well now. My only quibble is the £19.98 I had to pay for a working remote which clearly should have been replaced by Denon
Update! Richer Sounds contacted me and have refunded £20 to my bank account. That's what I call good customer service!

Richer Sounds have the best prices and free 6 year warranty for VIP members (free). On top of that, they scrupulously honour their warranties, and are extremely helpful when it comes to warranty queries. I honestly wouldn't buy anywhere else.
