Used once to go abroad. Bottom tag was pulled away obviously the baggage handling is not good but I’d expect a suitcase to last longer than 1 journey? Tried to discuss with Rock but was told it’s an airline issue- I beg to disagree as it’s a design fault. Would not buy again….

Excellent suitcase just got back from Malaga and it held lots of clothes and toiletries. Very easy to manoeuvre and it stands out on the carousel as there was only mine like it 😊
