Ordering this way is so much easier and more reliable than using a local Pharmacy. Any glitches in the process have usually been at the GP surgery, rather than with Rowlands. Keep up the good work.

Went into Duluch Dunfermline branch for a consultation about a health problem. Pedro the pharmacist gave me a consultation on the shop floor in front of all instead of taking me into the private room available was not interested in my problem telling me to go to a doctor and he can’t deal with it because the prescriber was not in it was a urine infection I had and could not help me the lady before me to had her consultation in the middle of the shop. He even refused to take her to the private room. Very very rude person and not much knowledge. Would never return to this pharmacy although can’t fault the staff at the front they are friendly and nice

Excellent service
I get a reminder to order my medication. I order what I need and then I get a message at every stage, when my order is sent to my GP, when it's being prepared and when it's on the way.
