We had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Louis and Hannah.
Louis was superb, worked very well with what we was looking for and within our budget. Nothing was a trouble for him and kept us in the loop all the way through, will definitely be a returning customer just for the service we received from him. A credit to the company.
The seamless handover was completed by Hannah, everything was explained throughly and we received a couple of aftercare calls which was a nice touch.

Questionable
Whilst you identified a leak and aim to resolve it, the service picking up my car was questionable, the person i was assigned to look aftrr me didnt whisper even a word to me, left me in the hands of someone else. No communication about booking my car in again until I pressed, also. It appears you didnt replace my pollen filter as part of the service, the original one remains in ther vehicle, with clips not attached to hold it in, if you would like to continue my custom, please do better

Brilliant Audi Service
The service was fantastic, I dropped my car off for an MOT, drove into the building and handed my keys over. I had booked a waiting appointment and they had some desks at the back for working, WiFi was great and they came around regularly to offer a drink if needed. Got a complimentary wash and vac included and all done in a few hours, you also get a link on your phone which tells you what stage they are upto and estimated finish time.
Will definitely be taking may car back for service and MOT

I’ve just completed my car purchase and I’m extremely impressed with the level of service provided by Louis. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure I chose the right vehicle for my needs. Communication was excellent, every step was clearly explained, and the handover was smooth and well organised. It’s rare to find a dealership that makes you feel valued as a customer, but they absolutely did. I’m thrilled with my car and highly recommend their service. I couldn’t recommend Wakefield Audi enough because of the incredible customer service I recieved from Dale. Dale was great, he was so helpful with everything to do with my A1, ensured that I understood everything well, and did everything he could to make the figures work. His customer service really was exceptional, I am so happy with my car and the support I have received from him during the process. The showroom is also lovely and so welcoming which adds to the experience. I will 100% be back in the future for my next car with this branch and Dale, super happy customer thank you Audi Wakefield! 👏

Absolutely shocking customer service…
Absolutely shocking customer service from both Audi Wakefield and Audi UK. Avoid at all costs.
The entire experience we have received has caused significant stress and anxiety for both myself and my husband. We have had 3 weeks of hell and been unable to focus on anything else, as I have been driving an unsafe vehicle that could have endangered my life and that of my family due to system errors which I was unaware of until the car malfunctioned at 40 mph. I am now extremely hesitant to drive the car again and am very dissatisfied with the overall situation, from the vehicle's faults to the service I received regarding the hire car.
The whole customer experience from Audi Wakefield, the Audi customer service team has been appalling each person you speak to says the other person is lying!!!!
This is our replacement car from a previous brand new A5 which had the same faults we was mis sold the car as we was advised all issues have been resolved. Nobody will take ownership of the issues.

What I love about visiting Audi Wakefield when I take my car in for a service or MOT is how easy it is. The customer service is outstanding. Drop off is quick, great communication on progress throughout. I love the vehicle health check video. All the staff are really helpful.
