I've had problems in the past most my fault but we'll sorted them out thank you well

The worst experience. Hideous from start to finish, trying top get medication for over a month -- two missing prescriptions at the shop front and then when I was told to switch to the online service to fix the problem. They regularly mess about like this with my partner's medication, too.

As far as the GP was concerned, the system showed two filled prescriptions. Well didn't fill them, didn't bother to tell me they didn't have stock, didn't bother ordering it. Online, the said my order was filled and charged me, said it was being prepared and would be sent on the day I rang to check. The next day, it hadn't been sent so I rang again. Only after that did I find they didn't have it in stock.

Despite explaining the need was urgent and I had run out, every step went wrong, required me to make multiple calls and send several emails. Now I have to travel without the prescription.

Good think it's not keeping me alive or I'd be six feet under!

Absolute shower of shite!
Waitied over 2 weeks for essential medication, ran out of meds and they have been utterly useless. I was promised an urgent delivery which still hasn't arrived after another 4 days. Zero customer care, they ignore emails.
DO NOT USE THEM!

The one problem I have is that the time between requesting my meds and having them delivered is really long.
Makes me order then a few weeks in advance.

Well pharmacy Buxton road Weymouth, we changed back to another pharmacy closer to us as had probelms with well on buxton road when they changed owners. We have now experienced well on buxton road changing our nominated chemist back to them without permission from ourshelves or the GP. This has caused upset and distress to our disabled bed bound parent as unable to answer door when they attempted to deliver a prescription. When no answer they return again causing fear to elderly bed bound person who is not able to see who was trying to get in the front door as they did try to open door (as seen on camera.) Reported to
GP so they are aware of the bad of practice of the chemist, that being changing nominated chemist to them selves.

Straightforward web site. Easy to follow pathway. Fast service.

Very easy to use and great service

I can say well pharmacy is the best when it comes to the services, notices or reminding emails every two weeks after your last order and they're always on time to deliver. But my last order is was not happy, it took longer than usual. This made me worry till I contacted them via email then everything was sorted in few days. I would still recommend well pharmacy despite of last delay.

I have called them several times but my regular thyroid medications have never arrived. It was requested exactly a month ago. I am out of them since a week and cannot re prescribe them for another few weeks.
