Very informative

Went to collect much needed meds to be told they didn’t have them go phone around other chemists to see where you can get them. No explanation or obviously too much bother to check their system to see if another Well Chemist had them in stock, this has happened on a number of occasions.
Boots were very helpful, granted they did not have them as apparently a problem with the supplier but did check to see where I could source them.

Easy way to order my prescriptions and I am told when they are posted and I can track my order once they are posted

Very smelly ( fishy odour) . My baby has got rashes all over the body after applying this oil. Contacted customer service for the return of another bottle of unopened oil but there is no response from them . Very disgusting!

You sent two items last week then after 14 days you sent 8 items, half the duplicated order.

I was not informed for 8 days that medication had not been posted until I rang . I still don’t know where my medication is for 2nd of September for statins
I missed medication for 4 days
I feel I should have been informed that there was delay in getting medication delivery .

You need to put a note on my profile, I get my prescriptions delivered. I'm not working 5 miles. To go and collect. Make sure. The prescription have enough time before I finish my last one because it takes a week and I have to be delivered. This is the only problem with the system. Every month is really stressful. Out of three tablets this week. And they still didn't arrive. WTF I don't order this for fun.

They are excellent. They ring at the time confirmed , pleasent and helpful.
The new order comes the following day if ordered before 2pm.

I have never know a company so bad.
8 days to do one prescription and even then we had to ring them to find out what was happing. To be told Oh! we are about to start that one. And it does not end there. On collection we are told that they were still out standing an item. Returning to the Pharmacy 4 days later again to be told no we have not got it, we can get it from the supplier. Great they can not be bothered to advice us of the problem or even contact the GP to advice him of the problem or find an unlucrative.. And guess what the item is form..... Injecting insulin, oh nothing important only a persons life. One start, make that no stars they should be closed down.

First time used.Terrible experience.
1.medication not received.
2.contacted well online took about 20 mins for connecting.
3.advised to ring following day.
4.rang again advised pharmacy would be contacted.
5.rang again told medication would be re issued.
6.email advising reissue.
7.finally received part of order one week late.
8.rang again looking into it.

I needed my prescription more than a week ago, I tried to phone you several times to unlock my prescription to a different pharmacy and I could not get hold of anyone, I finally paid for the delivery and it took over a week.
