Usually great experience however ordered my prescription on 21st August heard nothing from them and still not received. I’m completely out of medication now and no update. Terrible service. I contacted them on chat and took 5 days for any response and even then got told did you still need us? I don’t need you I need my medication!

I would say this is the best pharmacy in Inverclyde, as I have been using it for years, and now iam back down in the house I grew up in.
As my mother passed away.
I still come up to Greenock as the Staff are so helpful and polite, the pharmacy has a bit you buy little bargains.
A lovely big shop area.

Really bad communication. They don’t check the online help desk, even when their own bot refers you to a pharmacist and its always disconnecting and reconnecting to the chat. I waited all day and was ignored. I finally had to phone them just to get a response.
My anxiety was through the roof.
I’m now having to fight for a refund despite the fact they never sent the medication I paid for.
I had to go to a different pharmacy who dispensed it with no issues and were genuinely helpful.
I should not have to pay the same prescription twice because Well didn’t send it.
Thank you to Boots for sorting it quickly — you have a new customer.
Do not bother with Well’s online service. I will not be using them again after this stressful experience.

Overall I have been really pleased with the service and support however, my last experience was not good. My online appointment was late, the interaction with the pharmacist was lacking. In fact I did consider whether to move my business to another online pharmacy afterwards. However, as my other appointments in the main have been good (with other pharmacists) I am going to give it another chance.

This is a much appreciated, free service which works perfectly for me. I receive reminders, and once my order is approved I’m kept updated re- delivery etc.

Well Pharmacy are quick and efficient and give reminders when it is time to re-order.

I panic when I go into shops. Going into Wells pharmacy is a pleasurable experience. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. They’re also dog friendly which means I don’t panic.

Purchased a Well Branded Hot/Cold Pack which has had occasional use. It leaked Hot Gel from a failed material weld around the pack onto me.
The branch I purchased it from told me to contact the manufacturer, which is contrary to Consumer Law ie any issue has to be resolved by the Retailer.
Well Customer Care also failed to comply with their responsibilities in law and their own Refund/Replacement Policy. They also showed no concern about the potential for injury in this instance.

Thanks for the response, your team had already the opportunity to resolve this prior to my post but they were equally unaware of your responsibilities under UK Consumer law.

Purchasing is easy, orders arrive in time, and consultation is concise and friendly.

Purchasing pre-approved prescriptions can be tricky if your browser isn’t recording cookies e.g incognito mode because once you close the tab, the link is then invalid. Making this more obvious or changing the approach would make it less frustrating if that ever happens.

It's been 6 days and I'm still waiting for my order, no I don't have them and I feel terrible..

The video and then telephone consultation with the pharmasists is excellent, helpful advice, encouraging and very non pushy.
The Well website had a telephine number for queries and deliveries, it didn't work.
I was offered a discount code as a repeat customer but that didn't work. I used a diffrrent telephone number and was told it would be sorted out and I would be emailed. That took two days to arrive and the discount code still did not work.
