Excellent pharmacy service! The customer service was friendly and helpful, booking appointments was easy, and my order was delivered on time. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

Used to be a great prescription delivery service, but the last 6 months has started to go down hill with items not being sent out after them having a prescription from my doctor for about 6 days before even posting it out.
Have now cancelled them and will use a local chemist

Medication delivered, which made things a lot easier for me. Well Pharmacy also confirmed that the GP had accepted the prescription. Brilliant for chronic medication as Well advises when your next script is due. Thank you to the team

Most rude staff ever.
One specific lady works there who is so rude it's unreal. Bottesford pharmacy. After phoning to see if my prescription was ready her first words were. How do I know ,in a rude attitude. She said I'm so busy with hundreds of things to do I can't do it all. I gave my name . She said no nothings here.although it was there as I was told the day before. I said I need them as I'm not supposed to stop them. Her awfull attitude was "go else were" and put the phone down. For some one working in that environment dealing with mental health patients she is absolutely not the right person and should be sacked as this wasn't the first time. Disgusting behaviour.

Delivery of my medicine was so slow, that I had to go 4 days without and I had ordered 10 days before it was sent out. Disgraceful it's not the first time either!
