So easy to order either via surgery or well websites and medication arrives promptly and well packaged.Also usually a couple of days before ready for collection at my local well pharmacy!

All good x correct medication and good timing

Nearly always problem free and when it’s not they deal with the problem (usually caused by the doctors surgery) quickly and efficiently. If you chat with them they answer quickly.

Delivery fine, tele staff good, only downside was having to type in every Item on our prescriptions and make sure we found the right item

the idea to have medicine delivered to your door id to have them issued in a packaging that fit through your letter box not a huge cardboard box left outside or with a neighbour

Great service. Always keeps me on track when I need to re new my medication. Delivery is in stronger package & if there any issues it is dealt with quickly. ..Things have improved greatly from a few years ago. So glad I stuck with Wells.

Initial on line set up was not so easy. I seemed to be going round in circles and eventually gave up. However some kind of communication got through, I don't know how and every thing has fallen into place. First order arrived before time and correct. The service will help me avoid a 12 mile round trip for meds.

The worst experience. Hideous from start to finish, trying top get medication for over a month -- two missing prescriptions at the shop front and then when I was told to switch to the online service to fix the problem. They regularly mess about like this with my partner's medication, too.

As far as the GP was concerned, the system showed two filled prescriptions. Well didn't fill them, didn't bother to tell me they didn't have stock, didn't bother ordering it. Online, the said my order was filled and charged me, said it was being prepared and would be sent on the day I rang to check. The next day, it hadn't been sent so I rang again. Only after that did I find they didn't have it in stock.

Despite explaining the need was urgent and I had run out, every step went wrong, required me to make multiple calls and send several emails. Now I have to travel without the prescription.

Good think it's not keeping me alive or I'd be six feet under!

Absolute shower of shite!
Waitied over 2 weeks for essential medication, ran out of meds and they have been utterly useless. I was promised an urgent delivery which still hasn't arrived after another 4 days. Zero customer care, they ignore emails.
DO NOT USE THEM!
