Just joined so I could get new medication delivered. There was a problem at first ( don't think at your end as medication cannot be ordered too far in advance) but the doctor and then your staff did... Toon meer

My recent presciption has taken 9 days so far from when it was sent to them. I don't understand the delay as there is nothing unusual in my meds. I'm going to change, which is a smame as I've been using them since they were the Coop.

I’m now changing from Well due to their…
I’m now changing from Well due to their very slow deliveries. My latest order has been with them 7 days now, it was sent from my GP 7 days ago and they are still preparing it to send 7 days later.. you will note my highlighting 7 DAYS. It’s ridiculous. Once they send it they use Royal (snail) mail 2 day service which always takes 4 days minimum. I would avoid them. They are too big and don’t seem to care about the individual. You get little or no feedback from them. I am now out of medication due to this.
