Natalie was most helpful in achieving a specific time we needed for viewing as we were driving up a long way. And she was particularly helpful and prompt in responding to any queries or changes to our viewing programme. And her after service care was excellent. Much appreciated.

The team worked seamlessly and while we were dependent on tenant acknowledgements for viewing all went well and we were well looked after.

After submitting our offer, the team and Lewis and Jemma in particular have been attentive and responsive throughout.

Good communication, regular updates from West Denton office

My Wife and I saw a property being advertised for sale by Your Move, it had only just been advertised, I spoke with the local office to arrange a viewing and got this confirmed for the following day, we viewed, we placed an offer which was accepted, the staff we spoke to and met could not have been more friendly, courteous and professional, a great experience all-round.

The team at the Crawcrook branch were fantastic from start to finish. They kept in regular contact with me and provided updates throughout the entire process. Their professionalism was outstanding, and they made the whole selling process incredibly easy and stress-free. My house was sold in less than a week, which was fantastic.

Hazel and Megan from the Crawcrook branch were both outstanding, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

Your Move Glenrothes is the worst renting agency I have dealt with. I have been living in one of the property they manage for more than four years and been reporting issues in the property for at least three years but they do not repair anything, almost many things need to be changed but they do not get a damn about anything. They are only interested in their ticking off policy and six month visits, tenants are not valued at all. They are interested only in satisfying landlords. They deceive tenants and make them to live in hard conditions. In short do not use this agency to rent or buy a property.

Very friendly and really helpful with advice and keeping us up to date. Woukd and have recommended the Sutton on Sea Estate Agents Sarah especially.

Happy with service provided, staff very helpful and polite.
