Poor customer service
After my refrigerator died, I ordered a new one from yale from a very helpful salesperson. It was going to be a few days until delivery was possible, and they were going to call me the day before for a Time. It happened that the time frame they picked directly coincided with my mother-in-law's 90th birthday party. They were very unwilling to try to work with me for a better time slot, and told me that I just had to flat out reschedule. I understood and accepted the time. In the refrigerator arrived it was too big to get through an internal doorway, which I acknowledge is at least half my fault for not measuring, but I was never asked. After consulting with my salesman we had another one delivered that would fit. When it arrived it had a dented front. While talking with customer service, the person told me that LG would be responsible for coming out replacing the door if I kept the refrigerator. When I asked if there was anything they can do because I now had a scratch and dent refrigerator, she refused to work with me at all.
The salesperson Todd was wonderful, and the delivery guys did a great job. But as I assume this is representative of their delivery and service department, I would never do business with Yale.
